Edit: You can teach bat hide even though you have not discovered it

Edit: something might be wrong with either bat cape recipe or teaching it's parts
Edit2: i even taught both chars mining and tanning, waste lp imho

Alright, missed that part my bad. Have you tried making new character, buy sewing and teach it materials?

edit, i have sewing....indeed it's a basic skill.
