This seems to pop up every once a year or so where people in canada cant seem to play conistently.... here is the traceroot

anyone else experiencing this?

Double check if maple syrup is clogging your lines, common problem for Canadians.

not a Bug with Seatribe but horrible routing by your ISP (who is known for that - old joke: https://gist.github.com/klynton/5535320 ;) ) in combination with as6453.net US Network transfer nodes i guess

there is a faction of canadian....i've never seen this problem with any of us.

Depends on your ISP/location perhaps? It's been happening to me as well but I don't disconnect completely from the game. I'm just frozen there for 5-10 minutes and then it stops and catches up like it was a huge lag spike.

Doesn't Nao live in Canada? Seems like he was having a similar issue.

Interesting enough the problems occur on the hops inside USA (Chicago and on) and then to London (hops 17 or 18) ...

I tried different traceroutes (from Germany to theirs) but i've never got further than Marseille and Paris ... beyond that just time outs ...

What problem? Blocked ping/ICMP and therefore "request timed out" on the intermediate hops? That's common and usual these days.
