Overall, the wall jump thing could possibly be fixed in other ways, such as with the way cellar doors work currently. Would require something akin to using a road, and if the end isn't available, you can't travel the road, or you go only so far. In this case if the exit is blocked, then a person couldn't use the door, and would get plunked back down inside. Downside: if only (or all) exit(s) are blocked, then player is stuck in building, which would need a solution. (Solution: don't allow items to be dropped on a building entrance/exit point or housing to be built where this point would be blocked.... which solves the wall jump issue in two ways.)
