I just got this bug when I went to build a wooden mine support. No clue what caused it but I thought that I should put it here.

OK, I built the mine support that crashed the game last time and it worked fine. Then I tried to make another one and I got the same error.

We'll have to get official commentary/fix from loftar, but this looks related to the preview of what you're building by mousing over different materials.

Seems to be the only instance of this so far. Might I suggest clearing your Java cache and downloading again? Could be a file has become corrupted and isn't playing right, and it's only suggestion I can make without revelations from on high. Seems odd that this is the only report of this unless there's some other special condition this happens under.

I might have an idea what might cause this. Will try to push a fix with the next update.

I've tried deleting and redownloading java

It's not so much Java I was suggesting to reinstall, but clearing out all game files. However, if loftar has a thought on what this might be, my suggestion may be pointless. (Doesn't take long, so still might be worth a shot. Up to you.)

Resolved, then.

it was normal 2 hours earlier, but i died...
if it's important: my previoust char died, i inhereit him, pick all things from corpse, collect smelted metal, and learn "mining" skill. Travel to my last minig spot. just clicking to icon of mine support couses that crash.
reinstalling Java, and cleaning cache cause no effect. :(

What client you using? If using a custom client, always update after a patch.

Also, if using a custom client, make sure the crash is with the standard client before posting here, otherwise take the issue up with the modder.
