Naked ocean swimming

There's another little bug involving swimming, not sure it deserves it's own thread:
swimming in ocean deep doesn't count for "take a naked swim" task.

Yes. Please make a new topic for bugs so they can be addressed individually. Thanks. (First post split from another thread.)

Sure you were in the water long enough? I've seen it take a good bit of time to actually trigger.

Yes, I went from full stamina to asphixiation and yet nothing happened. Then I went into a regular lake 10 tiles away without touching my (lack of) equipment in any way and it worked like it always does after just 3-5 tiles.
I'll try to swim for minutes to confirm if I get this task again.

Don't kill yourself for it!! Devs can make characters on their test server to confirm. I was simply asking just to get a bit more information about what you were doing.

Tried again (without killing myself  )
Worked just fine this time. So I guess the previous tree just wanted an extra long swim. Case closed, my mistake.

Could have been stealth patched, too, and didn't need a restart. hard to say. ;)

it seems to be a random chance for every tile swam naked, so swim a few tiles, go back in your boat, drink, rinse and repeat.

Yeah, there's some randomness, but also some base conditions, too, I think. I, at least, have never had it trigger after the first tile. Maybe that is possible and it truly is purely random.

Maybe, but I've had moments when I've had to swim 4-5 tiles out into a lake and back, and didn't trigger till I was almost back in shallow water.
