No Hunger Reduction Rewards from Quests

I've completed 100+ quests and have yet to receive a hunger reduction reward from turning any of them in. Not sure if I've gotten exceptionally unlucky, there's some new requirement of being above a certain hunger % that I don't know about, or if they're actually bugged and are not being given as rewards.

They're clearly removed, I feel like I've been getting a rock/leaf everywhere that I would have gotten a hunger reward before, but maybe I'm nuts.

They're removed and I assume it's intentional, but I feel like this is another instance of the joy of discovery not rly sparking joy. It feels rly bad to spend a bunch of time trying to do something you physically cannot do without any feedback.

they exist and they give you a lot of hunger reduction actually, you just have to have atleast 300+ hunger to get more than 2 promille from quest. You however will not get any hunger reduction below 200, speaking from experience and others people's experience.
This was when i had 440%

Definitely didnt see any of these rewards when my hunger was lower.
