Postby avros008 » Thu May 02, 2024 11:58 am

Hello, i just have build a visitor gate my base. But my alt(fresh heartling with no tresspassing or theft skil) with no permissions can lift something from my base and take it outside. Its getting a visitor buff and couldnt look inside containers or get in the houses but can lift stuff like barrels and cauldrons and take them outside.

Sounds like the claim in question has its permissions configured incorrectly.

Did he spawn inside the claim?

Also even with some perms you can lift objects but be blocked by actually leaving through the gate/claim.

Tried the same. Without "any" permissions. The alt could not even walk away from his hf, or log back in other than to his hf.

Do not show any of your outside walls or mini map in any sense as this guy says

As jock said, there can be weird things with perms that allow you to move stuff around the claim but never leave with the objects.

people that spawned inside of the claim even more so if it's it first moments in the claim as a new character may be able to walk out of the claim from spawn, almost like a free pathing like when coming out of a mine hole.

As for walking around, if it's a village, trespassing (as in walking) is always allowed on a v-claim, thats why 99% of the villages you come across have round pole gates with a 1 tile buffer on the inside. If those gates are left open, anyone and I mean anyone can walk around your claim but not touch anything.
