The core files would be cached under Java. You can see what is installed to the Java cache via its Control Panel interface. Resource files are cached under your user folder in /.haven

Ok I have spent 30 minutes in those folders trying to find a file that I could even read, as cached is not one of those. There is no .class, there is nothing that I could change at all. And I spent the other day trying to activate the triple buffering, which the internet unanimously told me that it was done through the xorg.conf file, which doesn't exist in my ubuntu (nor any other recent ubuntu, apparently), and that I couldn't create because I was not able to enter the console mode, which was probably caused by wrong data around the resolution (as it spawned a black screen from which I could get out by pressing ct+alt+f7), problem that I could not resolve, not even going through recovery mode. So I officialy quit trying to run this on linux, and on linux for that matter. I too dumb to make it worth it.

To modify the code itself, you need to download it directly from loftar's git and build it. I should have posted that earlier (or the previous poster that suggested commenting out the lines for the cursor should have). Details are available here: http://www.havenandhearth.com/portal/doc-src. The repository is git://sh.seatribe.se/hafen-client.

I have the same problem. Cursor is only sometimes blinks synchronosly with text cursor and invisible most of the time. Arch Linux / amdgpu driver. It reproduced both in Amber and Original clients.

Is there any solution or workaround? Is it possible to disable in-app cursor and use system wide?

Enabling hardware cursor fixes the problem, but now some buttons and text is not visible and only blinks sometimes.

romovs, do you have any suggestions?

No idea about the blinking buttons. amd driver seems like a common denominator though, so perhaps that can be tinkered in some way. Maybe try different driver if such thing exists for AMD (I am using IntelGPU/NVIDIA proprietary driver myself on my machines, so not really familiar with the current AMD situation).
