Paving area freezes interface

Can you recall the last thing you were doing before being unable to interact with the UI?

Paving stone

chipping stones, and it just happened.

Okay, I have had the exact same issue except it was not 100% consistent so I thought it was fixed. The bug occurs when you are paving stone, and then right click to disable the paving stone icon, while still having stone in your inventory. This will sometimes cause you to be unable to click any of the UI.

A fix I have found (also semi-consistent) is to pave stone until you have no more in your inventory, and then pave once more to get the message saying you have no more stone, removing the cursor.

it does the same thing when you plow field to prepare for a garden

EDIT* Okay so i did some testing on this bug to see how it works. i tryed 2 things and came to conclusion of this..

when plowing field

(using a wooden shovel) i plowed until i couldnt plow anymore and my stamina was out i noticed by the time i got back to my bucket of water to un equip the shovel the bug goes into effect and makes it so i cant click anything on the UI

With no shovel it seems to work okay without any bugs.

I had this issue, and another regarding paving:

I'll select a 5x5 area to pave, i'll start to pave but at some point finish early. Still have stone in my inventory. When this happens, the tiles that did not get paved become unable to be paved even if i try and do it one tile at a time.

You are most likely trying to pave non-paveable tiles, no? Say forest tiles?

I would love some reliable steps to reproduce this locking interface thing, because I can't seem to cause it myself.
