Palisade won't build/can't be extended further

I''ve try to do it, but my character is stiil standing. Extending my palisade is still unavalible.

Have you found a way to consistently reproduce this?
When you say "Extending my palisade is stil unavailable" do you mean the option does not appear whatsoever?

You can right click on the segment and the option "extend" will appear. You click extend, and highlight how far you want to extend. However upon clicking to confirm the extension, nothing happens you are still just stuck highlighting what you want to build, clicking will not place the signpost needed to build the extension.

(I'm a different person with the same problem as seen on my post above)

Has restarting your client had any effect?

I am just curious because I was not having any issues when placing my palisade. There might be some issue with how level the ground is, or some interface bug may be the cause

I have restarted and switched from custom to standard client many times, no effect, same bug. And all of my palisade is at the same level, so im pretty sure that elevation has nothing to do with it.
Ive tried to find reasons in game as to why this is happening, and all I can come up with is that it must be some kind of bug.

Try placing a signpost for a cornerpost, breaking it and then extending

I already tried that. Doesn't work, I even broke down a segment of the palisade and its still bugged. The only way i've been able to extend the wall is from a corner post.

I don't think there's much more I can do right now.

Once I can I'll do some testing to see what makes this bug occur

After the fiasco with not being able to build on rock I started extending the other side but can't seem to build more then 5 tile of palisade wall?
I right click and then click extend and see the extension then click again but nothing happen and its all paved ground nothing is in the way.
What am I doing wrong?

This is an issue a lot of players have been having. For some reason the wall won't extend beyond some arbitrary limit and attempting to just fails even if it would be perfectly valid to extend a wall there otherwise. The solution thus far has been to build a new cornerpost every time you get limited, but that's a bit impractical.
