Well, you do, but without it you shouldn't even have the blueprint for banner available?

I can confirm that you can get the recipe to appear without discovering Linen, but clicking it and attempting to build does nothing.

Very similar to the bug when you die/create a new character and still have all the old recipes, but clicking them does nothing; except the recipe stays forever.

Dunno how, All I know is that after making a village, I unlocked these icons:

And proof that I don't have Linen Cloth unlocked (No Lawspeaker hat here, my friend has it unlocked though)

And clicking the banner doesn't do anything.
