To be fair, if it were done otherwise people would just let their subscription lapse for a day every month and effectively only pay for 30/31 days used or so.

Might be. Nevertheless, i forwarded it to the devs.

Please be patient for them to review this.

I dont see anything wrong in it. If people forget to get more sub and run out of it while fighting.

Same goes for people with 7 hour limit. The game reminds you pretty constantly as your sub approaches being out, you can only do so much to prevent people from hurting themselves.

It seems odd though that we'd be punished for buying a sub earlier than others. Technically i wasted probably 3-4 days of playing because i wanted to buy a sub right when the game came out.

Well, what actually happens is not that the game time is "not saved", but rather that it continues to count precisely as normal. What subscriptions do is not to stop the game time from counting, but rather stop your session from being logged out when it does run out.

The message that pops up when your sub runs out actually says that you'll be able to continue playing if you have free weekly time left though. It just kind of gives the wrong impression if this is the way it's intended to function.

That's a pretty silly way to handle it.

I dunno. The reason I did it this way was because I felt it was... strange that one would always be guaranteed to end up with 7/14 hours of game time that one would "need" to use up before renewing the subscription. This just felt more natural to me. I think if there's anything that is confusing, it is that the Account page doesn't show the game time being continually updated (but then again, while the subscription lasts it seems confusing to display it, which is why it doesn't).

Yeah, I know, because you may still have free time left from the last refill.

I dunno. Perhaps it is better to pause the game time while the subscription is active, instead. I don't really know.

I think that it should be paused while you have a sub if for no other reason than you shouldn't lose free time because you choose to buy the subscription while you still have free time left. Also, having a small buffer time after your sub expires where you can still play is nice. I intend to buy another sub tonight i just thought i'd be able to play a few hours until i did :P
