Weariness is presented in terms of percent of your weariness max. Your max weariness is determined by your charisma. Raise your charisma, or put the gear back on.

Most likely not a bug.

So after porting you're expected to keep your CHA gear on for days or it will never fix itself?
Doesn't sound like something that should be intended

You'll still lower it by sleeping in beds and such, though. The primary reason why you have weariness is obviously that you're not doing anything about it.

Does it not tick down slowly on its own? I went from 87% to 86% just idling
