Not a bug. It shouldn't be possible to actually kill yourself unless the concussion as such kills you, i.e. you are at very low HHP total, i.e you shouldn't be committing crimes left and right.

Still, kinda weird that if your guy is at 1 SHP and walks onto a claim he just collapses and hits his face on some invisible magic rock.
