You need take damage from criminal acts when you have things in your equipment slots like a shovel or nettle clothing etc. I don't think its a bug???

You always take SHP damage from crimes, regardless of your equipment.

I'm pretty sure you take damage when you have stuff equipped are you sure? I just checked...

Not a bug. It shouldn't be possible to actually kill yourself unless the concussion as such kills you, i.e. you are at very low HHP total, i.e you shouldn't be committing crimes left and right.

Still, kinda weird that if your guy is at 1 SHP and walks onto a claim he just collapses and hits his face on some invisible magic rock.
