Rennet and Curding Tubs bug?

Good advice,

I'll go back through each step tonight and see if that unlocks whatever is needed. If not, then I'm going to have to wait until the next round of grape juice/wine/vinegar - as that will be the last thing to check. I'll add an update here in case anyone else has similar issues once I figure out what was missing/what I needed.

You need to make a curding tub. The basics behind unlocking things in HnH is simply put as this: Not until you are ready for it.
You want rennet then you will need to make a curding tub to make a cuding tub you need to discover milk to do that you need to tame a cow(I know there is other ways but again from the games POV) To tame a cow you need animal husbandry. If your ever not able to craft anything work it back words and you will get your answer. All else fails I can teach you rennet if you are not in the middle of no where. PM me later if you still cant seem to unlock it.

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not - but,

I have, as far as I can tell, learned all the required skills and made all the pre-req discoveries to learn both the rennet recipe and have curding tubs available and yet I don't have them.

I've even gone back through all the steps, to the best of my recollection, that would have gotten me the materials and skills to make both of these as well and still no luck. So now I'm beginning to wonder if this is some type of bug specific maybe to my character? (Sorry if that's a stupid/naive assumption). The best I could come up with is that I'd not discovered wine - I went for stale grape juice to vinegar thinking that would be enough and skipping the wine phase...otherwise, then I'm completely at a loss and wondering if this is a bug.

I'm nearly 100% certain you've missed something, but it's beyond me as to what that could be. Maybe jorb or loftar will enlighten us as to the exact needs to unlock rennet.

I am feeling Soooooooo stupid for missing this - but the error, after all that rambling I did about it - was mine. Essentially I left the stale grape juice in a bucket inside a box. Once the grape juice had turned to vinegar I took the _BUCKET_ out of the box and emptied it into a barrel. But I never actually interacted with the vinegar. DOH!!!!! So basically today when I had a 2nd batch of vinegar, I decided to take some from the barrel to compare quality and TA DA, I discovered vinegar. Sheesh do I feel like a complete IDIOT. Oh well, mystery solved and sorry I wasted a whole topic and an "almost" bug report on it.
