I'll note that this isn't the first time that this issue has come up since the update last week. I can't find the other thread (didn't look that hard), and loftar commented on it. Still seems to be an issue from the time the client gets the resource from the server and the latency of getting it rendered in.

Resource loading issue. No generic fix, and mechanics obviously can't be affected by what the user client claims to see and not see, as that can easily be spoofed.

If loftar gets that game launcher going so he doesn't have to use JavaWS.... No longer an issue (I don't think there would be unless user just has a really old, slow computer.) -hint hint :P
