Clarification: you can hit animals through gates. Aggro them, close gate, let it try pathing through the gate while you block it's escape path with an alt and then whack it to death, only going to it's hit range when attacking.



i did that and got killed xD

that is why now i am working in a cage pali to trap animals inside my second farm

Do a pathfinding pass to check that the animal decides to aggro, in case the target can't be reached the comabt is not initiated?
