Techically possible to get a hornblende boulder by building a cellar over hornblende and excavating it. Otherwise will be fixed in some post-apocalyptic future.

AFAIK ore can't be obtained from cellars.

Right. This was actually a fix at the start of w9 or 10. I'd have to double check notes to see exactly when.
