I'm extremely sure it's just a graphical glitch, but I'm not sure just why it happens yet.

Not graphical. Just "cleaned out" the pot and didn't get any mushrooms back.

You never get the planted plant back when cleaning out the pot, you just proved that it wasn't done growing (else you would have gotten the 'pick' option).

I have no idea how long they take to grow.
In case you havn't cleaned out the other two pots by now: please try to plant something in them.

Can confirm that there is at least some graphical problem. We planted 6 troll mushrooms yesterday, and the pots show nothing growing. Nothing can be harvested, or planted in the pot (it does show that it is full of dirt and water).

I managed to harvest some troll mushrooms yesterday from pots with "only soil and water" in them. So it's just a graphical problem.

Just harvested and then replanted mushrooms. Both were invisible.

same problem here, troll mushrooms planted in the pots became invisible, harvested / replanted, same problem... serious problem!

can confirm - just visible glitch, Amber highlighted some of the "empty" pots, and I've been able to harvest the mushrooms. Still annoying though
