After complete Hunter credo didn't receive the reward

I think there's some general misunderstanding between all here, and I'm not entirely sure, either, of what the issue is. A screenshot of the credo might help explain more, as any completed quests or steps would be highlighted. (I realize you said you completed the credo and can start another... screenshot still may help explain things better.) I'm not trying to be irritating here, but clearly restating your issue and how you can show that there is a problem may also help.

Correct. You received the +20 marksmen when you completed the required number of quests. The next step kicks in after you complete the next, and so on. The bonuses are cumulative over time, not all at the end.

but how (permanent)bonuses are distributed on the 3th, 4th, 5th credo, there much more than 5 quests!

Credos work on steps. Each step requires so many quests. Base is 2 multiplied by the difference of number of credos completed and number of deaths, but can be no lower than two. Example: if you've completed 3 credos, then you need to complete 6 quests for each step, but if you've died twice, then you only need to complete 2.

The wording may be inconsistent and might need to be fixed. I've not completed many credos myself as I stick to farming and foraging in the game right now.

Each level you complete, you get the reward for that level. You don't wait to get all of them until you complete the whole thing.

Hunter credo works, tbh. If you didn't receive the bonus you think you should have then you probably didn't notice it. It does work, though.
