Not a bug. Each tier has a unique reward. Not sure if OP's expectation is more reasonable.

I just assumed it would be an incentive to subscribe for a longer period opposed to a short period. It was all based on assumption which is something I probably shouldn't of done... Now I know. If possible I think it should be mentioned in the shop that you only get the one hat based on subscription. I'm sure a few others have assumed the same. It's kind of a bummer when you get the less cool hat(personal opinion) of the two for a higher price.

I'm happy I subbed, though. It felt good to support a dev team that actually deserves it.

Well, the page where you buy it states it the other way around:

The Bronze-Silver-Gold levels are mostly there to allow you to throw more money at us if you feel like it, but we have also thrown in some special Subscription Hats with the offers to give you some sense of value, should you be so generous.

But to be fair I can see that bronze-silver-gold scheme might be confusing. Maybe better to mention the hut situation more clearly on that page?

Since most of the time, the patch hat's are way more funny / appealing, yeah i would consider his expectation more reasonable.
It's only headgear tho..

Plus.. just for the sake to make money: add maybe more visual things to buy? Capes... or something.

it seemed pretty self explanatory to me. Only one hat is listed per sub type. If it were any other way im sure they would have mentioned that buying a higher sub would have gotten you extra

yep ... one box one hat ... but i honestly wouldn't mind if a higher sub gets hats from the boxes of the lower ones in the row too ...

Yeah that would be nice but it would impact sales im sure. youll pay more if you want all the hats.
