"Whisper" quest never comes

I have the same problem/bug.

Since it was long since I played this game and dont remember how these quests work, if I use "Commune with Nature" will questing then go back to normal and does that mean continously new random quests available?

So what we have lost with this bug is "just" a free Commune with Nature? Or is the wind quest something else that we cannot access now?

My friend died and inherited the character, got hearth magic skill and more than 10k lp, waited for 2-3 days, gave up and used magic to receive his first quest (first quest giver was close though).

On another account I have created a new character, also got more than 10k lp, hearth magic skill and gave up in 2-3 days and also used magic to get the first quest.

Characters were left online most of the time and at least a few hours per day played actively.

I had a new friend join and he played for couple days so far, a couple hours each time. He never got a whisper on the wind.

why dont we just keep it like this and make people spend 2k experience to start questing

This is on completely new characters. If you have bought a credo by the time you should be getting the whisper on the wind, you've spent 0 LP on anything else.

Same issue, but not for the first quest. Finished all available quests, and a whisper on the winds never comes
