Ancient Windthrow event does not trigger.

The worst monsters in the Hearthlands warp the fabric of space and time...

also, you should keep in mind that exp events may not trigger from the first try (dunno was it changed awhile or was so since the start), so trying to trigger event for 5 times may help.

If this is absolutely working by design and there is no bug then how do you think there is no problem with mystic having these as quests when I haven't triggered this event once since the day i spawned into the world on world start?

No offence, but saying that this is working as intended, that i haven't had this experience event once since the day my character was created and havign it one of the first events it ever experienced but is a regular quest I get in mystic is truely mind boggling.

This game is a meme for jorb to laugh about so everyone can suffer in arbitrary ways.

Study a golden egg, acquire a mother of pearl 50% of the time, recently removed go to cave level 9.

But yeah you use this character for something that does not cover enough aspects of possible experience events and thus just repeating what you had already done and then looking at windthrow doesn't fix

This is my main, it does most things, mining, foraging, crafting, combat. I regularly get plenty of different so events, it definitely can not be that I don't do enough on it.

well, there may be a situation where "most" is not enough. like not being involved in smithing/baking/leather tanning may be enough to miss those events, which may help you trigger needed one.

i mean, the only things i don't do on this really is farming and silk. And yet, the idea that this is the thing potentially limiting me from triggering this event is just fucking dumb. I do baking, tanning and smithing, i do animal herding, cheese making, crafting, smithing, mining, foraging, exploring, sailing, combat etc etc etc. It literally is just farming because my alt does that because credos still have a stupid infinite scaling number of quests per credo and i'm not going to do farmer on my main.

Considering i routinely get this event as my "experience event" quest doing mystic and the devs "don't want it to be trivial" then they need to reconsider what the "requirements" are since they are so hellbent on refusing to accept just how much people hate the fact quests exist around these events.

You can't sit there and justify things like experience event quests existing with trying to say experience events "shouldn't be trivial" when they are clearly absordly convoluted and then also say shit like "people shouldn't have every credo on one character" as a way to justify the universally scaling *2 number of quests per level. Directly hipociricising their own comments with this absurd cycle.

You use "the idea is dumb" as some form of explanation?

Are we playing the same game  ?

It's almost like you're just here to be a forum troll and not post anything actually useful.

The useful part is that this was a lesson on you thinking something is dumb means absolutely nothing.

It could still be coded a certain way that beats your imagination and hence continue to have this not triggering.

My reply was not even close to trolling btw if you play enough will find many things working in peculiar ways but if you want to identify this as trolling then good job on trolling me by pretending to be retarded ¦]

I've been playing this game since world 3, all you're doing is trying to insult me because i have a perfectly valid criticism of an absurd mechanic. Literally all of your posts in this thread are pointless to be honest, you've shared nothing of any real construct at all on the issue.

there is actual logic in the system. It's just not a concrete logic system of "if a then b else c."

I'd like to say you're both right. I like the abstract randomness the system can generate as it makes dynamic puzzles that can be solved. On the other hand, it gets a bit too random and difficult to predict possible outcomes making it feel like a rigged roulette wheel.
Opinions expressed in this statement are the authors alone and in no way reflect on the game development values of the actual developers.
