I reported this over a year ago, and nothing was done to fix it. I kept it in from public notice to help ensure that no one would abuse it in the limited time it would be public and potentially cause trouble, but I guess you gotta make it anything problematic public in order to get it fixed.

I think that if Jorb can confirm the message exists both should get a Cape. If the guy who posts it right before reset putting yall on the clock gets a cape; the guy that quietly did it in PM giving yall plenty of time and not drawing attention to it should too.
