If you are able to get tresspass you should be able to leave your base as long as you have normal gate somewhere/single visitor.
If you cannot do that then i'm not sure, maybe you could break your own hearthfires and then somehow get teleported randomly if you cannot log onto your character's position (idk if that's still a thing or how it works tbh, haven't done that since legacy).
