Because its rng, you are not guaranteed new berries. Imo its a bad system, it should be timer related. That is why spawn is so barren of shit, cause everyone takes crap and it never comes back.

none is taking anything from them, and if you read what i wrote, the wild ones are consistantly giving berries.
If not 1 berry in 108 bushes after 5 days, there has to be something going on.

Edit: could it be because I leveled the soil, that it's stopping the ticking?

Could be that they're on a claim stopping the decay process. From this end, who can say if it is actually a bug or just bad RNG. More time and testing needed maybe, I think.
Opinions expressed in this statement are the authors alone and in no way reflect on the game development values of the actual developers.

It isn't on a claim, so that can't be it. They are locked up though.

I'll investigate a bit, but I suspect it's working as intended.

2/108 just gave me berries today. It was real strange not to get a single one for 5 days though.

Having a toon logged in in the area 24/7 (which is what will happen for every tree/bush-farm in case it stays that way) is more resource intensive than adding a timestamp to the map tile. In case he saves the map tiles as single files they should already be timestamped anyway by the filesystem.

So I call bullshit on that (sorry loftar).
