grab the classic zip one - unpack - run the x64Bit.exe - screenshot + post CPU Tab Screenshot
(so we can look for overclocking)

you may check your memory (RAM)
https://www.windowscentral.com/how-chec ... windows-10

and do a traceroute (tracing the route from your pc to gameserver)
https://cubedhost.com/help/en/articles/ ... and-prompt

Code: Select all
tracert game.havenandhearth.com

if you right click the top of cmd window you'll find an edit tool in the dropdown menu to mark all and copy - to paste here in Code tags (you may edit out the IP in the first line)

To clarify, I am able to open up my bag, equipment menu, character sheet, basically I can open and move through all the menus on the lower right corner of the game. What I cannot do is build, craft, or interact with any of the items in my inventory, equipment menu, or make buildings/craftable items.

It does indeed sound like that's a network problem, since the actions you describe as possible are those that don't require any communication with the server.

Not sure. I guess one thing you could try is playing with the computer directly hooked up to your incoming Internet connection, removing the router from the equation. If that works, it is almost assuredly the router doing something strange.

Not that I object to doing a traceroute, but given how it seems to start working again when reconnecting, it would seem to me that the problem is specific to the logical connection rather than the route, and since UDP is formally connectionless, that makes me suspect it's something like the router dropping the NAT entry for it, in which case a traceroute would still work (since it's on a different NAT entry). Doing one anyway might yield unexpected results, of course.

If he post traceroute results i possibly can see who's the provider so i can check what hardware they give to their customers, check the manuals and teach some rocket science how to setup the box software to connect directly to modem ... ;)

I unfortunately do not have a port available to Directly connect my computer without disconnecting my wifi router and causing severe discontent in the household haha. I will attempt this on network down time to see if the router is confusing the connection to the server.
As for the overclocking check and RAM check I have not completed those, but I will post any relevant findings.
