Looked at this, and can't reproduce it in testing. Claimed tiles should be protected, and tiles under palisades doubly so.

No clue what happened.

EDIT: Well, actually... may have found something.

EDIT: Well, actually... may have found something.

The tiles remain as they were when I made this post so if they are actually decaying then they are doing it at a much, much, slower rate than normal. Thank you for taking a look.
