Yes, normal login screen, I press login, then only black screen. Also, using the console command for full screen (:FS1) does nothing

Oh, that's actually interesting. I wonder if the tilemap is too large for some of the broken MTUs out there. I'll have to examine this.

Loftar when I use this I get in no problem. This might help with finding the issue.

Indeed, I just checked a network dump, and I have most likely identified the problem. Solving it requires a protocol change, however, which will take me some time to implement, not to mention I was just on my way to bed. I'll most likely have a solution tomorrow.

(Please don't crash the server while I sleep.)

It is simple fact that a 'does not work' is not enough to diagnose a computer problem.

As you can see: some more information did help.
Also please don't forget that Loftar works alone on everything code related, so it might take a bit to reach your problem on his todo-list. Giving good infos to track something down helps to speed up the process...
