My subscription ended and I have no weekly game time

So my sub ended and I can't log in now, was my playtime being taken when I had subscription on? It's really stupid if its intended to work like that, I wanted to play a lil before I buy another sub and now I can't, sucks.

So what is up with that? I have not used any of my seven free hours since I was subbed. Money is a bit tight at the moment so I wasngoing to wait till Monday and just try to use my 7 hours sparingly over the course of the weekend. Guess not? This leaves me feeling a bit bitter I have to admit. Perhaps a disclaimer telling us we are excluded from our free 7 hours a week the first week our subscription runs out.

Perhaps instead of a disclaimer they can simply make it like a counter our account gets every Monday regardless, that can never go past 1 charge, and always makes it so we have the limited 7-14 hour available after other priority sub methods run out

Yeah this has been brought up. Loftar is strongly considering changing it so that your time doesn't tick down while you're subbed.

I have changed this behavior now, but that obviously won't retroactively recalculate the game-time of people who have been subscribed until now. I don't think there's a way for me to do that, since the data isn't saved, but either way the 7/14 hour refill which is coming in less than two hours should stay with people who are subscribed until their subscription ends.

For anyone interested. My sub ended 1-2 days ago and I had free hours. So everything is working fine as stated by loftar.
