I'm also having this problem, i've tried a couple of the suggestions by other users on this forum, my java is definitely up to date, i've just installed the latest drivers for my graphics card and i've even tried a VPN service none of which have yielded any results. I'm currently running windows 8.1 64 bit, using a AMD Radeon HD 8650G graphics card.

I believe this is now fixed. Locking.
