Okay so if I understand the situation correctly, Misa and Noinek abused the game mechanics to bypass a visitor, so shouldn't they be banned and their village nuked? I think everyone (Except the abusers and their friends) agrees with this.

You don't understand the situation correctly then. Misa and Noinek entered the cave to chase someone without knowing there would be a palisade there. They didn't abuse a bug with the intent to do so. The person who made it was.

1 Nidbanes need to be returned

Nidbanes need to be nerfed again, make it cost like 10 waxes more.
Recently a big village started bullying me, sending like 10 nidbanes every time I go to sleep, I remember killing 7, lets say they wasted a cupboard of wax on me, as a hermint, 4 waxes is way to much for me to waste to only give 0 nidburns in damage to someone, but for a village of their size it must be their daily produce.
And the worse part, I found 1 mandrake root this entire world, how did they found so many without using bots to gather stuff? Just remove nidmemes already.

Also, I don't fell safe going into caves anymore.

If your retaliation involved Criminal Acts (ie leaving scents) you should consider the possibility of nidbanes and, more critically, you should consider sending nidbanes of your own instead of “retaliating” by dropping scents without apparently harming your adversary/victim.
