Error Crash and discconet every 30-40 seconds logged on

Every time I log in I get an error screen saying its trying to submit a bug report that never seems to go through and the game crashes, the game worked the first night, albeit a bit slow with the over one thousand players running around but at least everything was working, what happened?

It never actually produces an error report, I take it? Is this still a problem? Apologies for late reply.
