Game crashes after character creation

Alright, so i'm having this problem where my game crashes after i try to load up the real map after the char creation island.
It had been p framey during the character creation as well and i am running on a very bad laptop with a bad integrated Intel GMA.
Yes my java is the newest version, i am on Win7.
My question is, does anyone know the requirement specifics for new Hafen, or could another problem other than my shit laptop be at play here?

Edit: Oh and i should've added that during the char creation screen my CPU is at roughly 100% with it being about a 50/50 between my sound driver and the java application (which shouldn't really be the case, should it?)

You need at least OpenGL 2.0.
