Alt character has all the crafting recipes of main?

With the recent return of the party arrow, it would seem that my alt character I just made can currently build literally everything my other character has. From a claim, to a food trough. Literally everything. Also the party arrows seem to after a certain distance show the x someplace random? Not sure if it is leading me astray or the arrows work in some sort of marker system over long distances? The only thing I can figure out to do to fix that problem is to regroup with my buddy. Anyhow sorry if these are intended and not indeed bugs. Just seems a little strange is all.

This is a bug, but it's a purely client-side bug. It just doesn't clear the menu buttons when you switch characters without logging fully out. Clicking them doesn't actually work.

Are there any plans to fix the bug?

There are, but there seem to be more prioritized bugs to fix, though. :)
