Can't use friend's claim when he is offline

When my friend goes offline i can't walk into his claim or take stuff on his claim even if i am allowed. Not sure if this is implemented in the game or if its a bug

You were only able to when he was online because you were in a party together. Have him go to his claimstake and set one of the colors to have the right to Tresspass, Steal, and Vandalize and then have him only set you as that color in the kin list. That way you have full permissions to do as you wish on his claim.
