unable to log into game

So I can log into character creation but when I hit play the game tries to log in my character but after like a half second goes right back to the character selection screen.

At first I thought I might have gotten killed some how so I tried to create a new character but the same exact thing occurs.

I'm thinking its because I ran out of game time. I bought more game time, went to the account section of the website and converted a token into game time and this is what is says now:

but I still can not log in and can not create a new character. I also tried restarting my comp obviously.
