One account, but two different characters on two PCs.

Hello everyone. Here is the thing.
I have one account. First time i played from my home, on my home PC.
Next day i launch game from work, on another PC and on the same account there was no my first character. I created new one. Played a little.
In the evening i came home, launch the game and here he is - my first, yesterday character. No sign of new one that i played from work. And if i check in the account menu on this site, i see last login that i did from work, so its definitely the same account.
So how is that? On one account, on two different PCs (with different IPs) - two different characters?

Account names are case sensitive. Did you log in to the same account both times?

In case you didn't leave the creation area (the one with the wizard) this is normal.
Your character is persisted only if you spawn in the world.

Of course i left the creation area. I played several hours with both characters.

Then you should have two characters to pick from when you start the game, if not check the creation room if there is a tombstone (might be that your character died).

If both is negative please report back.

Nope. There is only one character to pick on each PC. And there is no tombstone in the creation area. I didnt die yet ).
Just now, came to work, launch the game and again - no first character. Only second on the same place where i left him yesterday.

Not necessarily, the account menu shows your forum login history. Are you 100% sure you use the same account to log into the game while at work?

Absolutely. I registered only one account.
When i tryed to login first time on second PC, there was no any character, so i created new one, with the same name, but account deffinetly the one i use at home.
