MINOR - stat penalty remains after wound heal until relog

when I logged in my poultice healed wound was gone from list of wounds, however it was still saying I had minus attributes. I was worried I was perma nerfed but relog fixed it wierdly.

Will check timings and whatnot on this and rework if necessary. Thanks.
