Can't shoot over roundpole fence

Arrows don't seem to be able to get over the fence (probably intended, which is weird when visually inspecting the model compared to the player). On top of that, the fence itself is not damaged in any way by the arrow and the arrow simply disappears.

Can't shoot over any hitbox objects. Intended.
