Payment Troubles

I've been planning to purchase a 10 dollar subscription once my free game-time ran out, but no matter how many times I try, i can't get it to work :/

Store > Check out > optional option > fillout > tells me: "The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit or debit card number."

I live in the Philippines, but i'm using my sister's cards so I set the info out to be from the USA. I've tried both a masters debit card, and a discover credit card. Anyone have an idea what i should do/what i'm missing? :/

I had my sister use her own card in the US and just gave her instructions to go through the store, and it worked perfectly fine.

Well, I'd have to say one advantage of Paypal was that we could get started with no manual intervention at all. Xsolla is taking time since we actually have to communicate with humans on the other end to get things set up. :)
