Getting logged off.

Postby Buzlightning » Sat Sep 05, 2015 7:36 pm

Hi. I bought my subscription today. And after this, every time i log into the game, using your client, it logs me off, without any error, or sign of any bug, straight back to the login screen, within 1-30 seconds of logging in.

Pls help.

Looking at the logs, you're simply having connection problems. It's hard to tell exactly why; in case you're using WiFi at home, you may want to check your signal strength and such. It could also be that your home router is bad somehow.

However, it could just as well be a problem on the Internet at large between you and the server, in which case there's little either you or us can do about it. If it started happening all of a sudden, there's a large chance it will also stop happening all of a sudden.

Interestingly enough, I'm having this problem myself this morning.
