Inventory overlapping, items not going into correct one

When I close my inventory after pulling a bucket out, and I click the bucket into a crate that was open behind the inventory window, the bucket goes back onto my person.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Have empty bucket on your character in 1 hand
2. Open crate/container
3. Open inventory over top of crate/container menu
4. Pick up bucket out of person with mouse
5. Close equip screen with hotkey (Ctrl+E)
6. Click to place bucket into crate/container
7. Bucket goes back onto person, even through that menu is closed
