Can't study more curiousities

It's show " That item requires more experience point than you have " but I have only one in my study report. At Attention show 3/12 . What is the problem?

Apparantly, it asks for experience points, not for attention.

Though, I have no idea how could you run out of experience points with only 12 int leveled...

combine that with the issues some are having in getting experience events.

You have run out of experience points. Get more events. Not a bug. Locking.
