Cannot read runestone if it is on a claim

If a runestone is on a personal claim, you cannot read it, even if it is within reading distance from the edge of the claim. Unless of course this is intended behavior, it doesn't seem sensible.

You're not allowed to peak into crates either unless you have criminal acts turned on. This drains hp I believe, and leaves a tresspassing scent.

So it's an intended consequence of the current system so to speak.
