Harvesting bug?

Not sure if this has been reported, if have please delete this.

So, I cant seem to harvest my Flax as shown in the image, my character bumps into the drying rack. I dont understand how the plant could have grown across onto the stone?

What it looks like to me is that the ground was planted, then paved, and then the drying rack built on it. i'm not sure about the last part as I've noticed with the trellises and growing plants that you can plow and plant around those even thought they sit in the middle of the tile.

Perhaps the bug should be allowing paving terrain and building drying racks while it has crops growing on it.

Somesuch. Calling this not a bug. The plants were put there before the rest of the nonsense. Known, in any event. Locking.
