Closed game with crime debuff took playtime

Since people said on irc that it shouldn't, I will post here.

Yesterday after my friend killed some guy he just turned off his client with few hours of playtime left, today he tried to log on the character and he just couldn't becouse he has 0 playtime, some people on IRC said that logging off with the debuff shouldn't take playtime so I managed to report it here.

Probably true. Characters without sessions should not cost playtime. Will investigate/fix.

Investigating this concludes that logging out with crime debuff does indeed not consume playtime, as intended. Not a bug. Locking.
