Dead body in Boat

Our friend died in his boat today, and I lifted his body up from the boat but whats happened now is that his body & the boat are tied together as one entity. So no one can enter his boat that he died in even though he isnt in it, his body remains in the boating postion no matter if you lift him up or move him and finally when you pick him up with in a boat a strange interaction happens where the boat will always be ontop of you
