Closed windows problem

So, I'm often having problems to right click objects with another, for example lighting fire or filling my waterskin from the barrel and found the reason behind it...
Even if i close character sheet window the game behaves exactly like the window is still open and i was clicking the window, when i move the windows on the side of the screen i can easily feel my waterskin.
