Nettle shirt disappearing...

This is a weird bug, not even sure how to reproduce.

I was wearing two nettle shirts that both gave +2 Surv. Friend made me a higher q nettle shirt that gave me +3 and left it in a crate.

I went to the crate, took out the +3 shirt and put it on my left shirt slot. I then drop my old shirt in a river.. plonk it went.

I then play HnH as normal for awhile (2 hours ish?)... ran around, did some hunting. Got hit by a horse, killed a horse... Logged out and in a few times during the process.

After logging in again I find for some reason that my +3 shirt has no disappeared, that slot in my equipment is empty. I went to the crate and found the shirt I dropped in the river...

I do not know either. Very little to go on here, unfortunately.
